Medford Ford Is Hiring Sales Representatives!
Medford Ford is seeking a result-driven Sales Representative to be responsible for all selling duties, from generating leads to closing the sale. Duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. The right candidate should be able to promptly resolve customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction. Ford experience and Ford certifications is a plus.


Responsibilities:
- Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features and benefits
- Provide outstanding customer service before and after the sale
- Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Develop potential clients in person and in the digital space
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and maintain required factory training and certifications
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative, or similar role
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Basic Math, Organization, Time Management and Communication skills helpful
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer centric focus
- High school degree; BS degree in Business, Marketing or related field is a plus
