Covid-19 Response

To our valued customers,
We know everyone is being inundated with information about the world impact of coronavirus but we thought it was important to reach out to let you know how Medford Ford is addressing the situation. We have worked closely with medical professionals and Ford Motor Company to identify best practices, and have taken the following actions:
- Provided hand sanitizers in several locations for public and employee use
- Installed signage recommending safe personal hygiene
- Increased cleaning of high touch surfaces (for example bathrooms, door knobs, shared phones and keyboards)
- Monitoring bathrooms throughout the day to ensure adequate supply of soap and paper towels
We are encouraging employees to:
- Practice Social distancing with co-workers and customers
- Avoid touching their eyes, nose and mouth
- Practice safe hygiene and respiratory etiquette including frequent 20 second minimum hand washing, cover nose and mouth with tissue when sneezing or coughing
- Stay home if feel unwell
Medford Ford is available to customers who are opting to self quarantine for:
- Pick up and delivery for service appointments
- Deliver new or used vehicle purchases to your home or business along with paperwork
