I took my son around to the dealership to look at two cars that He saw on their website. He has an older Truck but starting a new job and needed something more as a daily driver and safe. We just purchased a Bronco from the Medford Ford dealership! I drove 90 minutes to and from this dealership because the Ford dealership in Staten Island, that we used for 20 years, was not helpful. Medford Ford was courteous and knowledgeable. Both the manager, JT and Thomas, were great every step of the way. Their customer service was the best I've witnessed at any car dealership. Although it is far, I wouldn't hesitate to rely on them again to secure the right vehicle for my family.

The only issue I had was flat out refusal to budge on the price of a used vehicle priced over market. It was it decent condition but not spectacular. I was looked at like I was crazy when I dove under the vehicle and started throwing out massive chunks of rusted plates that’s going to cost several hundred to replace. The odometer listing online was 5000 miles less than actual vehicle miles. This started with an online listing and going back and forth on text. The listing had a stock photo of a brand new car. Their service department is the best. I first took my car there for a recall and asked if they could fix another problem. They did and the cost was very reasonable. Have been going back to them ever since.

Great service. I could not get my Focus in due to an injury.They picked it up fom my home this morning at 10 and were finished with recall problems and oil change by afternoon and returned it.
I went for an airbag recall replacement.I was greeted promptly.My keys were given to a technician and within an hour my car was fixed. Extremely happy in all ways.You don’t have to be bigger to better.....just be better Medford Ford exceeded my expectations.They didn’t try to upsell me on more services,products or another car.They had benches in the lot and I enjoyed the sunshine during these crazy Pandemic Corona 19 months of self quarantining.

Every time that I call with an issue with my F 150 or to make an appointment Tim or Gus get me in to get the job done. Today after 5 years and 81,000 miles I needed a battery. Even though we are faced with the Covid 19 issue they got the job done quickly allowing my wife and I to continue on to my physical therapy appointment. A great team !

I went to Medford ford last Saturday 3//7/20 to get a new car. Joe Linder was awesome at helping me pick out and buy my 2017 Ford Fusion and making sure I understood everything. Made my experience there a great one. He made it easy and stress free. Also Joe Benigs was awesome to explaining everything to me as well. This is my second car being bought at this dealership. 14 years ago I bought my 2007 focus there. I will continue to go to this dealership for all my car needs and recommend others go here also. I opted to go with a 2015 Explorer which was more "me" in terms of style and comfort. He patiently worked with us and managed to get my payment even lower than originally had been agreed.
